The Honor of the Queen – David Weber (8.4/10)

The second book in the Honor Harrington series sees Weber’s protagonist at the point end of Her Majesty’s Navy doing what she does best: find solutions.

This time it’s a simple trade mission. Yet all too soon things spiral out of control and only Harrington can bring order out of the chaos. She’s skilled, smart and faithful to her service, her Queen and herself.

A great read, and again one I found hard to stop reading late at night and over lunch. You just want to pick it up and read “one, more, page”.
